English: Forn Sed: Norse cult images at a Yule Feast. The picture shows a table with assembled Norse cult images at a Yule Feast held by the two Gothenburg kindreds Godthiod and UrNaud at 19 December 2009 at Hisingen Island, Gothenburg, VΓ€stra GΓΆtaland, Sweden. In the back row there are a painting depicting the sun-goddess Sol or Sunna, and two wooden carvings of Odin (Óðinn) and Frey (Freyr). In the middle row there are the three Norns (UrΓ°r, VerΓ°andi, and Skuld) and five smaller carvings (the first of the five is actually the Slavic god Svetovid with his four faces). In the front row there is a red-painted carving of the thunder-god Thor (Þórr). In front of the cult images are a red candle and two ceremonial hammers. Godthiod was a kindred within the Swedish Asatru Assembly (now called Forn Sed Sweden) and most participants was (or are) members of the Swedish Asatru Assembly too.

I bakre raden ses frΓ₯n vΓ€nster en tavla fΓΆrestΓ€llande gudinnan Sol eller Sunna och tvΓ₯ trΓ€skulpturer fΓΆrestΓ€llande gudarna Oden och FrΓΆ (Frej). I den mellersta raden ses frΓ₯n vΓ€nster en brΓ€da med de tre nornorna (Urd, Verdandi och Skuld, dock i omdiskuterad ordning pΓ₯ brΓ€dan), samt fem mindre gudabilder i trΓ€ (den fΓΆrsta av de fem Γ€r faktiskt den slaviska guden Svantevit med sina fyra ansikten). Den frΓ€mre raden utgΓΆrs av en ensam, rΓΆdmΓ₯lad Torsbild i trΓ€. FramfΓΆr gudabilderna stΓ₯r ett stearinljus flankerat av tvΓ₯ ceremonihammare. Godthiod var ett blotlag inom Sveriges asatrosamfund (numer kallat Samfundet Forn Sed Sverige) och de flesta gillesdeltagarna var (eller Γ€r) medlemmar i samfundet.
