As you say you don't speak gothic, there's a translation of the babel page that could be useful for youΒ :

Creating categories and templates for a language

𐌹𐌽𐌼𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌹

To create templates for a languageΒ :

1. Create the « mother » category [[Category:Niutands ??]] (linked to the upper category Category:Wikiniutands (Razdos)),
2. Create the five « daughter » categories :
  • [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-A]] (mother tongue)
  • [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-4]] (very good knowledge of the language)
  • [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-3]] (good knowledge of the language)
  • [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-2]] (average knowledge of the language)
  • [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-1]] (little knowledge of the language)
each linked to the « mother » category [[Category:Niutands ??]]
3. Create the five templatesΒ :
  • {{NiutandsΒ ??}}, linked to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??]] and to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-A]]
  • {{NiutandsΒ ??-4}}, linked to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??]] and to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-4]]
  • {{NiutandsΒ ??-3}}, linked to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??]] and to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-3]]
  • {{NiutandsΒ ??-2}}, linked to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??]] and to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-2]]
  • {{NiutandsΒ ??-1}}, linked to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??]] and to the [[Category:NiutandsΒ ??-1]]
4. Create the « list » of templates of a language on the sub-page [[Wikipedia:Babilu/??]] writing, on this page, {{Babilu razda|??}}
5.1. Create there under, the section for the language, writing, in the « Razdos » section there under
{{Razda|prefix|name of the language|gothic name of the language}}
ExempleΒ : {{Razda|fr|FranΓ§ais|Frankarazda|π†π‚πŒ°πŒ½πŒΊπŒ°π‚πŒ°πŒΆπŒ³πŒ°}}
5.2. If the language doesn't have a Wikipedia , then create there under, the section for the language, writing, in the « Razdos » section there under
{{Razda laus|prefix|name of the language|gothic name of the language}}
ExempleΒ : {{Razda laus|non|NorrΕ“nt|NaurΓΎmannerazda|πŒ½πŒ°πŒΏπ‚πŒΈπŒΌπŒ°πŒ½πŒ½πŒ΄π‚πŒ°πŒΆπŒ³πŒ°}}

If you don't know the gothic name of a language, just ask me or Alexander -- Sajasazi 15:43, 12 February 2006 (UTC)

If gothic seems you "slavic" it because it's the most archaic germanic language whose closest related language family is (if I remember well) Slavic. You can contribute even if you don't speakΒ : I learn gothic working on this wiki. Gothic works like all (ancient) germanic languages, so if you know one, you just have to adapt yourself a bit. Hoping to see your work in the next days. -- Sajasazi 15:30, 13 February 2006 (UTC) PSΒ : you didn't add to my workload, I'd planed to do it.

I may be totaly mistaking when I say they're closely related, in fact it's only something I think I remember me. For neologisms, I can only give you b:User:Sajasazi/neologismes but there are only three words and the page is partly in french (my native language) so it may not be so useful to you. We should try to do a bit work with Alexander to see which words we've created and on which base, but I think there are a lotΒ ! -- Sajasazi 15:45, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
